In this ongoing club, we will be exploring everything modern calligraphy and hand lettering! Previous experience will be helpful, but not required. Beginners are welcome! This class is extra helpful for students who want to apply calligraphy in various contexts, such as bullet journaling! In each class, learners will first learn the technique/skill, and then have a chance to practice with provided printable worksheets! These worksheets are yours to keep - reprint and practice with them often to use them often to improve on each style of calligraphy. Topics that will be covered include, but are not limited to: - Bounce calligraphy/lettering - Crayola calligraphy - Creating flourishes - Brush calligraphy - Pointed Pen calligraphy - Watercolor calligraphy - Proper utensils and how to use them - Using, making, and modifying guidelines to create new styles - Adding shadows - Basic calligraphy techniques - Block lettering - Bullet Journal calligraphy And more! *** It is highly recommended, but not required, that your learner takes my Faux Calligraphy for Beginners class prior to enrolling in this ongoing class. This class will provide a foundation and will help your learner if they do not have or yet know how to use calligraphy-specific utensils.***

Supply List
Before each class, a recommended supply list and printable worksheets will be sent out at least 24 hours in advance. For most classes, a basic pen or pencil will do! But for our more specific classes, (crayola, watercolor, brush, or pointed pen calligraphy) certain utensils will be required.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
