Description

Class Experience

Learners will improve their soul food cooking skills including healthy eating, measuring, prep, improving their palate, and timing!
A list of ingredients will be provided available for download upon your child’s enrollment in this class.
Supplies: Two Frying pans or cast iron skillets, a saucepan, cutting board, mixing bowl, cheese grater, measuring cups and spoons
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please note if your child has any food allergies and make sure your child is aware of their allergies as well, so that they can choose to avoid these ingredients.
It is highly recommended that your child is experienced with oven and range use and cooking safety, including the use of cooking utensils and knives. Parental supervision is recommended according to your child's age and experience.
