Description
Class Experience
I am a former bakery owner who loves to push the envelope when it comes to edible creativity! I started taking cake classes about 10 years ago for the sole purpose of making amazing creations for my own kid's birthdays. It quickly became a passion and grew into a thriving business. I am also skilled in fondant work, drip cakes, and buttercream decor. Once students learn the basics in this class, the sky is the limit with their baking potential!
1 file available upon enrollmentA detailed supply list will be sent to participants upon enrollment. Supplies will include approximately $15 (USD) worth of ingredients, piping bags, and a piping tip.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
We will be using the oven and electric mixer in this class.
