Christmas and cookies go together like peanut butter and jelly or peas and carrots. Cookies are such an iconic part of the holiday. They make fun gifts, they’re fun to exchange with friends, and of course there’s the all-important milk and cookies for Christmas Eve. In this class, students will go well beyond your basic chocolate chip and channel classic holiday flavors to make show-stopping Christmas cookie sandwiches. We’ll be whipping up a confectionery creation inspired candy cane dreams! * If you have any doubts about food allergies, please reach out. We'll put our heads together and see if there's a safe option available.

I am a former bakery owner who loves to push the envelope when it comes to edible creativity!
I started taking cake classes about 10 years ago for the sole purpose of making amazing creations for my own kid's birthdays. It quickly became a passion and grew into a thriving business. I am also skilled in fondant work, drip cakes, gourmet cupcakes, and buttercream cakes. Students will learn basic skills in this class that will lay a solid foundation for my other Cake Mix Magic and cake decorating classes on Outschool.
