Cake Decorating: Piping Buttercream or Fondant Decoration for Cakes or Cupcakes

Each week we will use a different piping tip to pipe something different for different desired designs.

Class Experience

This is an ongoing class that will be taught live virtually, where students can just drop in and pipe if they want. We go over filling bags, holding and positioning the piping bag and tip to achieve the desired design. New piping tips each week. Get better at piping with your favorite  piping tips or learn more advance designs that are completely new. 
We will also work with fondant and make designs for your baked goods. 
Each class we learn a new technique, in addition to practicing whatever the students are interested in perfecting. 
I will be demonstrating each piping technique live as we go along.

Students follow along with what I'm piping. They will share their work in the class so that I can encourage and guide them. The class is interactive by asking questions showing/sharing their piping work. I will guide the students at their level.  
Beginner, intermediate, and advanced students are encouraged to join. Come join my piping and fondant class to continue to build on your decorating skills.

Parental Guidance
Younger children may need help filling piping bag/bags at start of class.
