In this one time class, students will learn how to pipe roses. No cake is needed, this technique requires lots of practice first. First, we will get our bags ready. Then I will demonstrate the technique. Students can practice while I walk them through the steps. I suggest practicing this several times before trying it on a cake. Parchment paper will make clean up much easier. Please have a homemade buttercream or one from the craft section. The canned frosting in the grocery section is too soft.

Hello! My name is Mrs.Sara. I’m a mom of four boys and have two dogs. I love history, reading, and baking.
I teach how to make cupcakes- without eggs or dairy! Most of my recipes will qualify as vegan, or can easily be made vegan.
I live in a small town, sometimes specialty ingredients are difficult to find. I started researching how to make cupcakes using basic pantry ingredients but without milk or eggs. It took a little trial and error but I have created my own recipes. They contain ingredients that should be easy to find at a local grocery.
I started on this journey because two of my boys have food allergies. I also have friends with food allergies, and friends that follow a vegan lifestyle. We needed a way for us to celebrate birthdays and holidays together, safely. There are many recipes, but some included difficult to find ingredients or just didn’t taste like regular cupcakes. After tons of research, I started making my own recipes.
All recipes are sent to my husbands work for taste testing. They can’t believe there is no eggs or dairy in them!
