Are you looking for a fun Summer, baking, and social class for your kids? If so, you've come to the right place! Bilingual Bridges' classes are inclusive and ESL friendly. In this rainbow unicorn cake baking class, your chefs will embark on a culinary adventure where they will not only learn to create delightful desserts but also develop essential life skills. Throughout the course, students will: 🌈 Follow a recipe step-by-step 🧁 Select alternative allergen-free ingredients 👩🏻🍳 Incorporate new cooking techniques 👥 Socialize while staying on task 🧁 Cook independently in the kitchen 🌈 Use basic math skills to accurately measure ingredients and convert quantities The class structure is designed to be engaging and interactive. The teacher will cook alongside students, ensuring that everyone is working at the same pace, understanding the process, and most of all - having fun! Students will have ample opportunities to interact with the teacher and each other, asking questions, sharing their experiences, and chatting while they cook. Each session will culminate in a shared tasting session, where learners will enjoy their homemade desserts together while reviewing all that they learned throughout class. Additionally, the teacher will upload the recipe card presented in class so students can download, print, and make their cake again! All ingredients and supplies that are needed for this class are included in the 'Learner Supply List' below. Gluten-free & allergen-free alternatives are available upon request. Safety is our priority, and we accommodate special dietary needs. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions when enrolling.
