Be prepared to hear some unexpected ways Russians celebrate the Winter Season from a Native Russian. In this class, we will visit several families and learn how they celebrate Winter Holidays, what the popular outdoor activities are, must see events, and other Russian Christmas traditions. Students will learn about how Russians celebrate Christmas and New Year and receive a few traditional Russian recipes for holiday meals.
- A smartphone or a separate window on the computer to play Kahoot. Learners will need to input the Game Code that I will provide at the beginning of the class; If we have some time for craft and games, please bring: - 1-3 sheets of white printer paper; - scissors; - pencil and eraser. Optional: glitter glue, colored pencils or markers,winter-themed small stickers
