I am a lawyer in Australia, and I have homeschooled my own children for the past 8 years and will continue to do so for at least another 16 years (my youngest child is 2y as of 2023). I have degrees, post-graduate, and professional qualifications in the following: - Law - Bachelor of Laws, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, Admission as a Lawyer; - TESOL - I have completed 8 out of 8 units towards the 150-hour qualification. When I receive my official professional certificate from Arizona State University I will update this here as it is expected to take up to 8 weeks to arrive; - Criminology; - I.T. Security; - Applied Linguistics; - Investigative Services; - Security, Terrorism and Counterterrorism. We will negotiate individualised assessment to be set. I am open to whatever the client (parent and student) prefer. I personally prefer to work with the student until they "get it right" though, rather than just present them with a grade as such.Grades Offered
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
1:1 studies will be age-appropriate and any violent crime or alike that is to be discussed will be communicated with parents/guardians prior to class in order to obtain consent and an understanding of the extent to which caregivers of the learner wish for the tutoring to explore.
This will depend on what the topic that your learner requires tutoring in is; the appropriate legislation and caselaw will be included here.
