US Grade Pre-Kindergarten - 2
Get a real life glimpse at the life cycle of butterflies. Learn how to find caterpillar nests in nature. Watch our baby caterpillars grow inside our Wild Life Habitat by Uncle Milton. You could even get your own kit and follow along! This course will answer questions such as: How long does each phase last? What will they need to grow and thrive? How do I build a butterfly garden? How many different types of butterflies are there? WEEK ONE: Discover stage 1 - learn about butterfly eggs and nests. WEEK TWO: Discover stage 2 - our baby caterpillars arrive. WEEK THREE: Discover stage 3 - watch our fattened caterpillars disappear into their cocoons. WEEK FOUR: Discover stage 4 - Finally our butterflies emerge and spread their wings. Coloring sheets of the life cycles will be provided as optional homework. Students will be encouraged to participate by answering questions from the videos. Each week I will create live videos to give learning rewards. Rewards include puzzle pieces. The more students participate, the more puzzle pieces they will earn. By the end of this course, students will hopefully have earned a full picture.
