Description

Class Experience

In this multi-day ESL-friendly session, pre-k and kindergarten learners will enjoy fun meaningful experiences as they learn the life cycle of a butterfly. Learners will participate in a variety of activities: labeling, sequencing, phonics, and singing. 
This class will meet twice a week. 

Learning Goal: Students will learn how living things grow and change during their life cycles. 

Main Focus: Vocabulary, phonemic awareness

Learners will be able to:

I have taught students in grades K-12 for more than 20 years. Subjects taught include Interdisciplinary Studies, English, Technology, and Math.

I create classes using Google slides and PowerPoint. 
Learners will be provided a PDF of worksheets each week for review. Students should have some paper and something to draw and/or color with for each class.

1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
