What do beavers eat? Do beavers hibernate? How do they build their homes? These are just some of the questions we will answer as we get to know more about this interesting animal! After introductions and a warm-up question, students will learn about the different characteristics, habitat, and diet of beavers. Students will be presented information through pictures, short video clips, and discussion. We will end class by reviewing what we have learned! A worksheet will be available for students to draw or write about what they have learned during or after class. If you have ever wondered about the life of this busy animal, this is the class for you! *** I love active class participation with my learners throughout class. For this reason, I prefer to keep learners unmuted. However, if you know your background may be noisy, please help your learner to practice how to mute and unmute their microphone. Thank you so much!
