-OVERVIEW- To maintain a financially healthy business it is essential for entrepreneurs to meet their sales goals. In this class, students will be introduced to a popular sales technique called "upselling" while helping a fictional dog walking company, Paws & Tails, get out of financial trouble. The owner of Paws & Tails has just received terrible news from her accountant. The company did not make any money last month! How can Paws & Tails increase their sales? Using the knowledge...
Students will learn 5 things ... -What does it mean to upsell in business -Why upselling is important -The benefits of upselling -How to upsell -When to upsell Overall, this class will expand their knowledge of fundamental business concepts and provide them with a deeper understanding of the business world.
There will be no homework assigned for this class.

Informal assessments are used to measure the students understanding and are included throughout the presentation.
