This course is designed to be independent and kid-friendly, perfect for elementary-aged learners (grades 2–5). No prior knowledge is needed—just curiosity and access to a device with internet and a printer to print activity book and project.
What Parents Can Expect:
Weekly modules with short videos, interactive activities, and creative projects
Learning that supports science standards and body awareness
Encouragement of healthy habits and physical movement
A final project: "My skeleton" to show what your child has learned
How You Can Support Your Learner:
Help your child log in to the platform each week
Provide paper, crayons, and printer for student activities
Ask your child to teach you what they learned—it’s a great way to reinforce knowledge!
Celebrate the final week with your child’s skeleton project
The course is flexible—complete it in 6 weeks or go at your own pace. It’s a fun and educational way to help your child understand what makes their body Built to Move!
🚨 NOTE: Students have the option to partake in brain break/exercise videos. Nothing is needed except space to move, a water bottle and a smile!
