In this class, we’ll cover a range of topics aimed at building self-esteem, improving communication skills, and managing anxiety in social situations. Key areas will include strategies for overcoming social anxiety, effective conversation techniques, body language, and how to navigate both in-person and digital interactions with confidence. We’ll also discuss the importance of self-awareness and how to handle negative thoughts that impact self-esteem. The class will be structured with a mix of group discussions, optional participation of role-playing exercises, guided reflection, and real-world scenarios. Each session will include activities designed to help teens practice skills in a safe, supportive environment. My teaching style is supportive and engaging, encouraging open communication and personal growth. I’ll facilitate discussions, provide feedback during activities, and offer one-on-one attention when needed. Learners will have plenty of opportunities to interact through small group discussions, Q&A, and optional participation of role-playing, allowing them to feel more comfortable and confident expressing themselves.
