Description
Class Experience
Students will discover how to recover quickly from difficulties by exploring brain research, understanding growth mindset, and learning how to set goals to change their own mindset. Students will build confidence in themselves and gratitude for the amazing things in their lives.
Students will need the following materials: - paper or journal - worksheets printed out (sent by the teacher before class starts) - pencil - coloring items such as crayons, markers (if time permits)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
