Class Experience

In this class learners will be given the opportunity to enhance their communication skills with a certified Health and Human services professional. Some of the topics that we will discuss are empathy, personal space, self discipline, starting a conversation and much more. Each week we will have a topic that we will focus on and add other things along with it. I will offer open ended questions that will give each learner an opportunity to respond, and learn at their level. Social skills play a huge part in everyone’s life and it is my goal to help make a positive impact in the lives of everyone I communicate with.

Montessori-This method of education is based on self directed activities, hands-on learning and collaborative play. In Montessori classrooms children make creative choices in their learning, while the teacher offers age-appropriate activities to guide the process.
Learning Goals
My goal at the end of each class is to give each child an opportunity to figure out what area they can improve. As a class we will write down those areas and try our best to brainstorm and find ways to implement the changes in our everyday life.
