Teacher expertise and credentials
I've been a middle school math teacher for 25+ years in the public school system.
I'm highly qualified with 30+ credit hours in Mathematics with a minor in middle school math.
I also have a Masters Degree in Counseling.

My classes range from remediation to enrichment with an emphasis on discovery learning. I have a passion for Geometry and Algebra. I also offer one on one tutoring for students in grade 4 through 9.

I encourage my students to ask questions throughout the learning process. Asking why and how certain math rules work is so important for students to gain a true understanding of a topic.
