You are encouraged to write our affirmations and positive quotes in a notebook to ponder through your day and week. When we learn a mindful technique and "do" it, you'll be encouraged to try it on your own and see if it feels good for them. These are tools that we can learn to use through our lives.

Class Experience

We all struggle at times with feeling confident, good enough, etc. In this space we will learn and discuss ways to feel better about who we are, and recognize all we have in common with each other also!

The ultimate goal in our class is for you to identify ways that you can build the self-confidence and self-worth needed to be happy and recognize your value in life. I teach kindness and tolerance for all our differences, because those differences make us each unique and amazing!

You can join and unsubscribe at any time, so the number of classes will depend on you. Please reach out with specific schedule requests. I may be able to squeeze in another section, though my time is a bit limited.

We'll learn and read 3 new positive affirmations each week to build ourselves up and help us continue to do our best, feeding ourselves positive "Brain Food" and you'll will be encouraged to keep an affirmations journal and read your weekly affirmations daily. The more we read and process positive words as positive "brain food" they begin to become our "truth"! We begin to "Live" those words. We'll talk about and do small, simple practices of mindfulness that calm, energize, and build self esteem and inspire us to be all we can be, our true and authentic self.

Our session will go as follows:
*Check in-What made you smile this week? What was a challenge or a bit stressful? Let's discuss these things.
*Affirmations-We will read the affirmations I've sent you prior to class feeding our brains "POSITIVE BRAIN FOOD".
*Discuss the topic for the day. (WE will often find this topic in our affirmations and quotes).
*Read and study/discuss the quotes in our slide presentation and look at how they apply to us.
*We end with a small brain break! A mindfulness moment or small meditation; learning tools we can use whenever we need a brain break from stressful moments.
