In this one time craft, students will build a fun valentine craft - a valentine person! Can be your valentine box!
Class experience
In this one time holiday themed craft making party, students will use construction paper colors of their choice to make a Valentine themed person. Students are welcome to make it on a flat piece of paper as the body, or it even could be attached to a bag or a box to hold valentines. Creativity is encouraged! 1 file available upon enrollment*Students need various sheets of construction paper. I would suggest having at least 6-7 pieces of paper on hand. While red, pinks, white, etc are typical valentine colors, it can be whatever colors they like. *Googly eyes, large *a glue stick (If you choose liquid glue, the preschool teacher in me suggests that you give it to them in a little cup with a qtip or paintbrush for application vs using the bottle. Puddles of glue will make this craft more difficult.) *kid appropriate scissors *If you would rather the body be a bag or pre-covered box, you may provide that as well. Please pre-cover your box with paper of choice. Kleenex boxes work well because they already have a hole for cards.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Kid scissors and glue are used. If your child needs help, please be nearby
