Class Experience
THIS IS A FLEX CLASS -- NO LIVE MEETINGS. This is a hands-on science and art class that combines the love of Clay/Modeling Dough and science. A video and a powerpoint of the systems along with step-by step instructions will be added to the classroom each week. Students will receive a worksheet to complete to aid with their knowledge of each of the systems. Every week the student will be encouraged to upload a photo or their model and share with the class. Learners are encouraged to add any interesting fun fact that they discovered about each of the systems. The homework portion will include building a model and presenting the photo of the model in the classroom. Students are encouraged to give positive feedback on everyones model. A worksheet to label will be included weekly. A game "All Systems Go" website will be added to the classroom and students will record the times against each other each week to see who can beat the clock putting the proper systems together in a fun interactive way. Week 1 - In this class students will build a model of the brain and learn fun facts about the Nervous System.
