🔥In this class, we will dive into the art of crafting a great campfire. 🔥We will explore the scientific principles of fire and then get into how to pick a safe location, how to find good fuel, how to arrange our fuel, and how to successfully ignite and sustain our fire. This session offers practical tips and techniques to start an outdoor fire no matter how challenging the weather is. We will cover helpful habits for safe fire-tending. 🔥Whether you're an outdoor enthusiast or new to the world of campfires, this class will build your skillset for creating memorable outdoor moments. 🔥This class offers learners a lot of participation as we journey through a presentation including scenarios and homemade footage. *We will not be starting any fires in class. Learners are advised to practice fire-making with the guidance of an adult. This class is appropriate for all ages to participate! 🐸 Although I am a certified Wilderness Medical First Responder, per Outschool policy, I will not be covering medical training or medical services.
