See above! All homework is technically optional, but learners should at least prepare answers to the Business Plan questions in their head if they don't want to write them down.
1st class: Paper and pen. After 1st class: printer or tablet they can "write" on a worksheet (PDF). Alternatively, they can write the questions down and answer them in a journal.
45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
