π Dive into the world of bugs! Each week, we focus on a new bug. Join us for 30-minute sessions packed with bug facts, songs, games, and sharing time. Perfect for curious minds aged 3-6! πΏ Learners will interact through imaginative play and learning as well as becoming an entomologist through their own online show and tell about their own bugs (real or imaginary are welcome!) I am a teacher who loves to get kids up and moving! Through whole brain learning strategies and play based learning, my goal is to keep kids engaged and their curious minds activated through song, movement, and imagination! The schedule feature a new bug every week! Here are the bugs for the coming weeks! July 1-5-Fabulous Fireflies Glow up with these fascinating insects as we learn why they light up the night sky and even practice buzzing around! July 8-12 Beautiful Bees This lesson focuses on the wonderful bumble bee and includes a read aloud and song. July 15-19 Breathtaking Butterflies In this lesson, we take a peek at the lifecycle of a butterfly and practice some music and movement to tie it altogether. July 22-26 Amazing Ants These guys are busy! We will learn all about ants, their habitats and their colonies! July 29-August 2 Wonderful Worms These magical decomposers are not just yucky and mucky! In this class we will learn all about worms and even take a peek at their amazing habitats!
Learning Goals
Students will gain knowledge about different types of insects and bugs.Students will utilize movement and song to learn about the function of insects in our ecosystem.

I am a seasoned special education teacher. This class is open to ALL learners with ALL abilities. Message me directly with your child's specific needs.
Parental Guidance
This class will show images of creepy crawly bugs! I will refrain from any more graphic or scary images of the bugs though. This class is for littles and I want to keep it fun!
Supply List
Each week learners may bring a bug or a toy bug to class to share with the group.
