Students will learn about the art and science of growing food through a flexible online learning classroom which features lessons taught by Farmer Katie on her educational farm. Lessons are plant based but goats and chickens show up too!
Class experience
Each day the instructor will cover a new topic with a video that has been recorded live on her educational farm. Through the fun and engaging FlipGrid platform, students will interact with the teacher and other students. Video lessons filmed on the farm are typically about plants but there will be guest farm animal appearances as well.
