This one-time course will explain the concept of 'healthy gut'. We will also discuss what would have positive and negative impacts on gut health. This course is recommended for the students (+12 years old) due to the difficulty of the material. No prior understanding of the subject is required; all that is required is an open mind and an interest in the information provided. The course will cover the following topics: - Definition of microbiome and probiotics - Examples of what will lead to healthy vs. leaky guts - Ongoing clinical trials to make healthy gut ** Please note that this course is purely for educational purposes; I do not endorse or encourage any particular course of therapy. **
