US Grade Pre-Kindergarten - Kindergarten
Join me in this one time interactive class. Your child will learn to identify the parts of a book, sequencing, colors and names of animals while listening to the popular story, Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? By Bill Martin Jr. and Eric Carle. During this class, your child will be introduced to the parts of a book. Next, I will read the story to the students, who will be encouraged to read the repetitive phrases in the story along with me! We will also review colors and animals during and after our story. Following the story, we will use our sequencing skills to retell the story as a class and complete a craftivity that will help us retell the story! If time allows we will practice graphing skills to create a chart of our favorite character from the book! I look forward to seeing your child in my virtual classroom!
