Calling all future Broadway dancers! Get ready to learn a new dance every week. Students will learn new dance moves, vocabulary, and choreography. Each class begins with a warm-up, then we will get familiar with the beat by playing freeze dance. Finally, we will learn each section of the dance. Students will learn the chorus part of the song. At the end of the class, you can perform your dance like you are on a Broadway stage! This class is very active, so be sure to have a water bottle ready, comfortable clothes, and space to dance. Students will be able to ask questions and interact with the teacher. The teacher will provide feedback throughout the lesson. Our dance teachers have trained at renowned dance studios in Chicago and New York City. Virtual Performing Arts Academy prides itself on being an encouraging, positive, and friendly dance studio. We believe all of our students are stars. We are excited to help you on your journey! Students do not need any prior experience, just a desire to dance!
