In this one-time class, the students will learn about the artist Britto. The students will be shown this artist's heart painting. The students can tell the class what they see in the heart painting. They can tell the class what they like about his painting. The students will learn that this artist uses bright colours and patterns. The students will learn what a pattern can be repeating shapes or lines. The students will be making a heart art project inspired by Britto with lots of colours and patterns. The students will be using a black Sharpie, neon and oil pastels /regular oil pastels.

Please supervise your learner when they are doing their art project by making sure you are not on the camera.
