Description
Class Experience
In this class, students will review essential 2nd-grade math topics and be introduced to 3rd-grade topics. A combination of slides, games, and interactive lessons will be used. We will use worksheets and play games on Blooket to reinforce topics learned. This is a perfect class to help prevent summer slide! Students will review 2nd-grade topics to stay fluent and learn 3rd-grade topics.
I have been teaching for 9 years in a homeschool and co-op setting. For 4 of those years I have taught 2nd and 3rd-grade math.
I will assign fun optional activities for learners to practice outside of class.
Pencil and scratch paper The teacher will provide worksheets and activities.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
We will use Blooket and Nearpod in this class. Neither program will require registration or login.
