Here's your challenge, now start building! Brick Building challenges each week that encourage creativity and communication. Each learner can build while I show ideas. They get to show and tell all about their build when they finish.
Class Experience
Students will need at least a gallon size bag of Building bricks (having more is better). I will present a challenge for them to build, and they will spend about 25 minutes building their creation while being able to converse with one another and see ideas that I show. I always try to show ideas that challenges them to use their bricks in a new way. From taking car or house windows to use in a robot or using very common bricks to make animals. At the end of the class each learner will share...
Students will get to connect socially with other children while showing off their creations. I will also talk about different building techniques and get input from the student about how they like to build
