Class Experience

Hi! I'm Jillian Marchand, a certified Breathwork Facilitator with Pause Breathwork, and I am passionate about teaching others self-regulating techniques. I have been working with tweens and teens as a Dance Instructor for 16 years and a Breathwork Facilitator for 2 years. Breathwork is a tool I wish that I had as a kid and it is my honor to bring this opportunity to your child! 
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please note: The meditation portion of class can be completed seated or laying down. Please have water nearby.
