Class Experience

We will study the basic concepts of economics? We will begin by focusing on:
1. What is economics?
2.Microeconomics vs Macroeconomics
3. Supply and Demand
4.What is scarcity? How does that affect pricing?

Since this is a one on one session, the course becomes tailored to the students specific interest in these topics and areas where they may need additional help. I am to keep the students engaged by using a discussion format to introduce these topics.

Profile
Teacher expertise and credentials
I have a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance and a masters of business administrations.
For younger students I tutor students in math and reading comprehension. My goal is to give students multiple tools and tricks to build their confidence to tackle any problem. With one on one sessions I can better understand the students needs and build lessons plans to cater to them. I am a mother of three and understand that each child has individualized needs in order to succeed.

For students interested to learn more about financial literacy I offer a variety of topics to go over including (but not limited to)
1. Financial Literacy and economics - what is and how it affects our everyday lives
2. Introduction to accounting - What is accounting? What are financial statements?
3. Business Management - What is business management? Why do we need to make these important decisions?
