Description
Class Experience
-The ultimate goal is to demonstrate to students that they don't need to go to the gym or lift heavy weights to meet their fitness goals. All they need is a 6 by 6 square foot of space and dedication.
-Yoga mat. Students won't necessarily need one, but having one will help with comfort. -Water bottle near. Breaks will be short during the workout and students should have water near them.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
These exercises will not be hard to mimic/do. Thus, the informal assessment will be given to each student in case there is something they truly need to fix or do differently. I will be available on a daily basis to answer any questions through the messaging portal or e-mail.
1 hour 20 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
