Every other week, I will select a SWEET bread recipe to teach to the bakers. These might include a spin on brioche, a sweet roll, a pinwheel loaf, or tons of other possibilities! Process: - SATURDAY: I will post the ingredients required to the Outschool classroom. - CLASS MEETINGS: Please plan to attend BOTH class meetings during the week. In the first meeting, we'll discuss the recipe and prepare the dough. In the second, we'll prepare any fillings, shape, and bake! I have lots of experience teaching on Outschool, have led two week-long baking camps, and am excited about fitting this ongoing class into my schedule!
Learning Goals
Students will improve overall baking skills and will learn some fun, new recipes! I hope that we can build a community of bakers in the process.

Notes:
-Students should have some basic baking experience, but no direct bread-making experience is required for this course.
-Students should be able to work independently and safely in the kitchen with a basic understanding of simple knife skills/safety, oven safety, and stove safety.
Supply List
Basic baking supplies: butter, all purpose flour, sugar, salt, yeast, chocolate -- other required ingredients will be posted on Saturday evenings before class meetings.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
