Class Experience

Welcome to the world of Brawl Stars, the incredibly popular game from Supercell! Whether you're a seasoned player with a maxed-out account or a newcomer eager to dive into the action, this class is the perfect place to immerse yourself in the Brawl Stars community.

Let's start by getting to know each other's progress in the game! How many brawlers do you have? What star powers and gadgets have you unlocked so far? We'll explore the effectiveness of different brawlers in various events, sharing insights and strategies to master each one.

In this class, we'll engage in friendly games, battling each other and even challenging the teacher (that's me!) to put our skills to the test. You'll have the opportunity to show off your prized skins, make new friends, share ideas, and learn from one another. Additionally, we'll showcase the maps we've created using the Map Maker feature, fostering creativity and improving our gameplay while having a blast!

Whether you're a novice or a seasoned pro, this class is a welcoming space for everyone. This weekly social class will be learner-led, allowing us to tailor our sessions to suit the group's interests and goals. Whether you join us every week or drop in for a single class, you'll find a welcoming and enjoyable experience awaiting you. Our Brawl Stars community is constantly growing, and you can jump in and be a part of the fun whenever you're ready!

I am a true Brawl Stars fanatic and an active participant in this class. I'm not just a bystander; I love discussing and playing the game, getting excited about new brawlers and skins, and exploring intriguing Brawler theories! I can't wait to meet fellow fans, discover your profiles, and hear all about your favorite brawlers!

So, gear up and get ready to battle, chat, and have a blast in our Brawl Stars class! Together, we'll celebrate this fantastic game and create lasting memories as a vibrant Brawl Stars community. See you in class soon!

Hi, I'm Astrid and I am a mum of two, and a teacher based in the United Kingdom. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Nutrition and Dietetics, and I have a Postgraduate degree in teaching Design and Technology. I have worked in schools for over 14 years, and am excited to bring my skills to an online platform.

I love to cook (unless it's dinner - e.v.e.r.y.d.a.y!!), to craft, and my guilty pleasure is gaming! I play Brawl Stars every single day, and I love Roblox (especially Bloxburg!) and Among Us! I am a HUGE Pokémon nerd and love to play Pokémon Go. Expect to see my classes based around these things, because when you love something, it's easy to enthuse others!

I love working with young people and sharing my love of craft & design, textiles, food and gaming, in a fun, engaging and inclusive way. Through seeing the difficulties of my own neurodivergent children in mainstream education, I know first hand of the importance of inclusivity, and strive to make my own lessons both enjoyable and accessible to any learner who wishes to enrol. I like to lead by example, and "make and do" along with the learners, so I am able to cater for a variety of learning styles.

Most of my classes are ongoing, weekly sessions, but these can be also used as one-time classes.

In the aftermath of these difficult times of social distancing, my gaming classes provide a great way for young people to safely connect with their peers and have fun!

I can't wait to welcome you to my classroom!

My class policies:

Subscription (ongoing) classes are billed weekly on a Sunday and can be cancelled on the learner page at any time in advance. Please feel free to attend my ongoing classes just once, by stopping the subscription after class.

Refunds cannot be offered for missed classes, but I offer a flexible transfer policy. Transfer requests must be made 24 hours in advance, and to a different time slot of the same class. Thank you for supporting these policies, that help me maintain smaller class sizes.
