Public speaking can be fun! In this one-time, highly interactive class, young learners will explore the basics of speaking with confidence through games, storytelling, and engaging activities. Designed specifically for kids ages 5-9, this class helps children express themselves clearly, build self-confidence, and develop early communication skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. What We’ll Do: ✅ Start with a fun, low-pressure icebreaker to get comfortable ✅ Learn simple speaking tips through an engaging mini-lesson ✅ Play interactive speaking games (show-and-tell, expressive storytelling, etc.) ✅ Encourage positive feedback and celebrate each speaker By the end of class, your child will feel more confident speaking in front of others and excited to keep practicing!

Learning Needs
This class is inclusive and supportive of learners with communication differences, neurodivergence, and diverse needs (e.g., autism, ADHD, speech/language delays). I create a low-pressure, confidence-building space for all students.

I am a speech-language pathologist, educator, and communication coach with extensive experience helping children develop confidence in speaking and self-expression. I have worked with students of all ages in classroom, clinical, and one-on-one settings, supporting learners with diverse communication needs, including neurodivergent students and those with speech/language differences.
With a background in speech-language pathology, special education, and literacy, I specialize in public speaking, communication skills, and executive function strategies to help students express themselves clearly and confidently. My goal is to create a supportive, engaging environment where every learner feels empowered to use their voice!
