Class Experience
The student will learn about sleep and dream processes and their impact on the brain. The students will become familiar with scientific sleep and dream theories about why and how we dream and what happens to our brains while we sleep.
I have a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling with a specialization in addictions counseling. I also have a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Nutrition. I have taught brain functions, processes, and anatomy for two years.
Bring note-taking materials (whatever that might look like for you).
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
The learner will be assessed informally. Feedback will be given upon request.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
