Class Experience

We will be working on higher-order thinking skills and creativity using brain teasers, riddles, and jokes. These help students use different cognitive skills to improve their learning, problem-solving, as well as different parts of the temporal and frontal lobes of the brain.  Students will be actively engaged in learning through the activities. Throughout the lesson, students can use a device, another friend, or a family member to help them solve the brain teaser, riddle, or joke. My goal is...

Students will improve their higher-order thinking skills and creativity.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
