Class Experience
Physician Assistant in Neurosciences 10 years MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) instructor training from University of Massachusetts Center for Mindfulness Mindful schools training
Each week learners will be given an activity to practice over the week, (such as mindfulness, reframing thoughts, identifying emotions, etc) with handouts and encouraged to answer questions and share ideas as posts in the classroom and keep personal notes in a notebook for private use.
A special notebook for journaling and taking notes or just some paper and a pen. Handouts will be provided with each lesson to print out or save/view online and use or post in the classroom.
No live meetings, and maybe some time outside of class.
This class is not intended to be therapy or medical treatment or a replacement for therapy or medical treatment.
