In this one-time class learners will gain an understanding of the different parts of the brain and how they work to help us move, make decisions, balance emotions, and more. I will use a hybrid mini-lecture and art sheet format to deliver the lesson. We will conclude with a high-energy rapid review where we’ll look at our daily activities and identify the parts of the brain that are at work.
