Description

Class Experience

This class is taught in English.
I'm a professor of Child Growth and Cognitive Development and excelled at neuroscience and anatomy in medical school. 
Each learner will make a notes page using one of the notetaking techniques described, create a study schedule, make a study space design, write an essay about their plan to improve focused studying, and complete an assignment to practice self-directed methods to operationalize material they are learning but have not mastered yet. 
-Notebook paper or computer for notetaking -One blank white 8 x 11 paper for study space design assignment -Folder, binder for keeping assignments for future reference
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
No live meetings, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
YouTube will be used to deliver the lessons. I will include the link to the video in my weekly announcement to learners. The video is unlisted on YouTube so learners will only be able to access it through the link provided in my weekly announcements. Learners don’t need a password or YouTube account to view videos.
