In this hands-on and creative class, young jewelry designers will learn how to make their own beautiful bracelets using beads and fun design techniques! This class is perfect for beginners and encourages self-expression through color choices and personalization. Students will be guided step by step by the teacher, learning basic jewelry-making skills such as stringing beads, creating unique designs, and finishing their bracelets with clasps or knots. The class is structured with easy-to-follow demonstrations, allowing learners to create their own special pieces with confidence. My teaching style is fun and supportive, ensuring every child feels excited about their creations. This interactive session includes live instruction, creative discussions, and time for students to share their designs. By the end of class, each learner will have started and or finished a handmade bracelet they can proudly wear or gift!
Learning Goals
1. Develop Creativity and Self-Expression – Learners will design and create their own unique bracelets, exploring different colors and styles to express their individuality.2. Learn Basic Jewelry-Making Techniques – Students will gain hands-on experience with stringing beads, securing clasps or knots, and assembling a finished bracelet with guidance from the teacher.Other Details

Seed beads, nylon thread 1mm or smaller, stretch elastic 0.5 mm, embroidery floss (10 plus colors)

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

For over a year, I have been making bracelets with both my children and students, combining creativity with fine motor skill development in a fun and meaningful way. My passion for jewelry, fashion, and style inspires me to teach others how to create unique pieces that reflect their personality. I believe that bracelet-making is more than just a craft—it’s a way to express creativity, build confidence, and develop a love for design.
