Lets this be your Journaling Group with friends, while creating an amazing journal. When it's convenient for you. • Learn how to create a great habit. • I will cover all tools, materials and ideas for creating an artistic journal page. It can be visual with yours words written or pictorial. • Create an amazing page with color, paint, glued papers, images and items on it. Then add your thoughts. Maybe a profound statement or a quote. Could this journal be something special of your dreams or something you would like to accomplish? • Write your dreams and goals here too! • In this class there will be visuals, discussions, interaction among students with sharing of ideas. What you want to write can be very personal, you do not have to share that. However It can be very advantageous to write it. • There will be a daily prompt to get the imagination and thoughts stimulated.

Paint, pens, pencils, markers, stencils and templates Things to glue on odd scraps or pieces, ribbons and lace Old magazine, words, colored papers Glue, brushes and scissors Make a little box to collect your favorite things in, that you might be able to use.

This is more than drawing and coloring, but we will have fun! Hands on learning how to make good art, If you are a beginner or show a gift. This gift, I was born with. I have taught elementary and high-school classes as well as adult workshops. Private and public schools as well as Arts Council programs that have government funding in my area. Received many awards and have shown my art from California to Paris. I teach all medium, techniques and styles, also some basic sculptural techniques. It's about where you find your interest exploring all of it. I usually am able to observe what style and technique that is best suited to a student. We need to experiment with it all. While we are having fun you will be learning through effective teaching of the the Elements and Principles of Art, some art history and color theory. Fun projects using the different elements. Simply learning while creating and Why it works! I will walk you through some lessons, so you can learn how to use the Medium (paints, pencils, pastels etc.) Once mastering a medium there are project assignments using the medium along with particular elements of art as your objective. I will be here to guide you through it, making suggestions and helping with comprehension of techniques, styles and tools. So what I say is "Don't worry about it!"
