Bowls Springform Pan/Tin (8-9" / 20cm) Spatulas Knives (sharp paring) Gallon size plastic zippy bag (for cookie crushing or use the food processor) --- Soft or 'Cream' Cheese Butter Vanilla Digestive biscuits, graham crackers or other cookies can also be gluten-free if you like Pecans or Walnuts Whipping Cream (double cream or heavy cream) Sugar Icing sugar (tin of pumpkin pureé if you are making the seasonal cheesecake)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
55 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Learners will need a knife to hull, chop, or dice. Please make sure you are available to supervise this activity if your learner is not skilled using a knife.
