- Develop basic baking skills and techniques, such as measuring ingredients, mixing, and baking.
- Gain knowledge of local and seasonal ingredients, including how to source them and use them in baking.
- Learn how to make a variety of baked goods, including bread, cakes, cookies, and snacks.
- Enhance creativity and problem-solving skills through recipe modification and experimentation.
- Develop an appreciation for the art and science of baking.
- Gain confidence in the kitchen and the ability to work independently.
