Week 1 Equipment: Rolling Pin Baking Sheet Parchment Paper Mixing Bowls Kitchen Scale with gram measures Ingredients: Plain Flour Salt Unsalted Butter Fresh Seasonal Fruit (such as sliced peaches, berries, or apples) Sugar Corn flour (cornstarch)
