This martial arts boot camp will include punches, kicks, blocks and techniques. Day one will include a discussion about what the course will entail, a warm up and start with a blocking and striking workout. Day two will be a more active day in which we will start right away. The class will begin with calisthenics followed by a review of the previous day's movements and finishing with a leg workout which will include jumping, kicks, and squats. Day three will be the final day where students will combine all previous days skills. Each day will include a "movement of the day". This will be a new full technique taught for each day. No experience is needed. I do all the movements with the students so they will learn by watching, listening and following.

Parental Guidance
Please make sure stude ts have an ample amount of space to move around. We will be shufflling from side to side, doing jumping jacks and extending our arms and legs.
Supply List
Makes sure to have water with you and possibly a towel to use for any ground movements as well as ample room to move around.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
