N/AClass Experience
In this ongoing class, we will discover new books and rediscover old favorites to share and experience with our classmates. Each week, we will discuss the current chosen book we have been reading outside of class. These books may take a few weeks to read as everyone has other priorities in their lives. There is no rush- I will gauge where we are all at and conduct the class accordingly. Bring along suggestions of what you would like the class to read. I will approve them if they are Outschool appropriate. We may not get to it right away if there are other's in line ahead, but it will be put on the very important "must-read" list. Respect and Kindness: I would like to add, it is absolutely fine if you or someone else does not like a book we are reading and discussing. You are also absolutely allowed to share your opinion on the matter- not everyone will like a book. That being said, I have **zero tolerance of bullying**of any kind. Please be kind and respectful to one another. And let's get into a literary adventure together...I realize how corny that sounded but I'm sticking to it. Vermont Teaching Certificate in Music/Theater/Arts
Bachelor's Degree in Art and Design from Massachusetts College of Art and Design
Hi there! My name is Tessa DeForge. I live in the beautiful state of Vermont with my husband, 2 silly dogs and 2 precocious cats. I graduated from Massachusetts College of Art and Design in 2011 and hold a bachelor's in Art Education.
I am very passionate about education. I have taught in a traditional setting for 10 years as a 6-12 art teacher and as an early educator. I love to teach a multitude of things through art and play. Some of the classes I offer are: Art Social Group, Crochet Club, 1;1 Knitting and Crochet classes, as well as social groups, to name a few. I am always looking to expand on my class list. The skies the limit when it comes to art and I hope to have some more exciting classes up and running in the very near future.
