Book Discussion: Fuzzy Mud by Louis Sachar

In this class, students will video chat as well as discuss in the Outschool classroom weekly. We will read 1-3 chapters together, but students will also have homework of reading on their own. We will use different graphic organizers to help students comprehend the story. They will learn the squares organizer, web organizer, powerpoint organizer, and word document organizer. I have taught this book in the classroom as well as in private tutoring sessions. I have a variety of book clubs on Outschool and own a tutoring center in New Jersey where we have a variety of book clubs as well! I love helping the children to engage in reading and learn to love reading. Its a valuable lesson to learn how to get lost in a book!
