Class Experience

US Grade 3 - 6
~Together we will promote a love for literature and a positive attitude towards reading~

Together in class student(s) and teacher will read 1 to 2 chapters together (depending on time) and the student(s) 2-3 chapters assigned before the next class for homework.

During our book club students will experience the student-centered model of literacy (employing the Gradual
Release of Responsibility); I do, You do, We do

Together we will invite natural discussions that lead to student inquiry and critical thinking

Joining a book club Provides choice and encourages responsibility
